📝 Ingredients:
Eggs – 2
Bread slices – 2
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp (optional)
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Butter or oil – 1 tbsp
🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, crack the eggs. Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper. Whisk well until frothy.
2. Heat the Pan:
Place a non-stick pan on medium flame and add butter or oil.
3. Pour the Egg Mixture:
Once hot, pour the egg mixture and spread it slightly with a spatula.
4. Place Bread Slices:
Quickly place the bread slices on the wet egg mixture while it’s still runny, gently press so the egg sticks to the bread.
5. Fold and Flip:
Once the bottom is cooked, carefully fold the sides of the omelette over the bread and flip the entire sandwich to toast the other side until golden and crisp.
