Ingredients

Cake Base:


• 1 box strawberry cake mix


• Ingredients listed on the box (usually eggs, oil, water)


Add-ins:


• 1½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped


• 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks


• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut


• ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)


Cream Cheese Swirl:


• 8 oz cream cheese, softened


• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened


• 2½ cups powdered sugar


• 1 tsp vanilla extract



Instructions


1. Prepare the Pan & Batter


• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.


• Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions. Pour batter evenly into the dish.


2. Add the Toppings


• Sprinkle chopped strawberries, white chocolate, coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the cake batter.


3. Make the Cream Cheese Swirl


• In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.


• Drop spoonfuls of this mixture across the cake batter.


• Use a knife to gently swirl it into the cake for a marbled effect.


4. Bake the Cake


• Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the cake is golden and set on top.


• The center will stay slightly gooey — that’s the earthquake magic!


5. Serve & Enjoy
