🛒Ingredients:


For the Steak Bites:


1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes


2 tbsp unsalted butter


1 tbsp olive oil


4 cloves garlic, minced


½ tsp salt


¼ tsp black pepper


½ tsp paprika


½ tsp dried thyme


½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


For the Mashed Potatoes:


2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed


2 tbsp unsalted butter


¼ cup heavy cream (or milk)


½ tsp salt


¼ tsp black pepper


¼ tsp garlic powder


👨🏾‍🍳Instructions:


Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.


Cook the Steak Bites: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.


Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, and stir until fragrant. Toss the steak bites in the butter sauce, coating them evenly.


Serve: Spoon the creamy mashed potatoes onto a plate, top with the garlic butter steak bites, and drizzle any extra butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
