Ingredients: 👇👇
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
Tenderloin version:
500g chilled tenderloin(beef/pork/ Chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce(more if preferred)
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 beef broth cube
1/4 tsp chili powder(more if preferred)
Ground meat version:
500g ground meat(pork/beef)
1 med. sized onion, minced
1/2 tbsp garlic,minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 beef broth cube
1 tbsp soy sauce
Pita Bread:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 cup water
Turmeric rice: good for 2 pax
1 cup rice, wash & Rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp butter/margarine
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of salt
Garlic Mayo sauce:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
*add chili to make it spicy
Cheese Sauce:
1/2 cup Cheeze Whiz
1/8 cup evaporated milk
