Ingredients :

300g Chicken


1tbsp Ghee


1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


2tbsp Dehydrated Onion (Squeeze out juices of onion)


2 Chillies


2tbsp Chopped Coriander


1/2tsp Degi Mirch


1/2tsp Chilli Flakes


1tsp Salt


1/2tsp Garam Masala


1/2tsp Shan Seekh Kebab Masala


Juice of Half Lemon


Mozarella Cheese


Oil to Deep Fry


Method :


1. Grind boneless chicken.


2. Add ghee, ginger garlic paste, dehtdrated onion, chilli, chopped coriander, degi mirch, chilli flakes, salt, garam masala, shan seekh kebab masala, lemon juice to chicken paste. And mix well.


3. Cover and marinate for 30 mins in refrigerator. Make cutlets and stuff with mozarella cheese.


4. Heat oil and fry the chicken cutlets on medium flame. Fry for 3 mins on each side.


5. Once they are golden brown. Remove and serve with pudina chutney. Pudina chutney recipe available on my page.
