🍋 Juice of 2 limes

🌿 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro


🧂 Salt and pepper to taste


For Serving:


🍚 Mexican rice


🫘 Refried beans


🌿 Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Prepare the Marinade 🌶️


In a large bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
